Above is a shot of a display case in the gift shop of Reykjavik 871 +/-2. A local pastry chef designed chocolates in the shapes of four of Iceland’s most famous volcanoes, each filled with a variety of gooey, sweet "magma" and "lava."
My kind of pastry chef.

Can you re-take chocolates or decorative cakes?
Those are rad.
By the way, I had a similar language experience when I tried to use my high school German in Germany. I would open my mouth and say something like "Me want the tasty some beer from you, goodly lass!" or "Whither the station of train for to such I might repair?" and they'd just roll their eyes and mock me in perfect English. So demoralizing.
It reminds me of David Sedaris' story about taking a French for foreigners class in Paris and trying to explain the concept of a rabbit delivering eggs on Easter.
